Love the Bricks

I had 5-gallon water containers that were too heavy to pick up so I started filling them only half way—what a waste of space! These 2-gallon ones are so much better. Thank you for a great product!

Lousy customer service

I ordered 2 AquaBricks back in February. I understand that they were delayed due to faulty lids, however, every time I called them to inquire about delivery, they'd tell me "this Friday" but they never were sent. I called 3 times over 3 weeks and was told the same thing. On the last call, then gal who answered immediately asked if I wanted a refund instead of looking into the problem. I asked for the owner to call, but he didn't, so I cancelled the order. Terrible.

Best choice for food safe storage.

This food safe plastic storage container is a good size with plenty of handles plus stackable. I highly recommend this and am buying some for my daughter who likes them.

Pissed off

I ordered my aqua bricks months ago and still have not recieved them. I was told after ordering them that they had not been manufactured and there were problems with manufacturing. I have emailed them 3 times asking for a refund and I have been blown off everytime. I recieve an email thanking me for my patience, I am asking for a refund because you cant deliver what you sold me that is not being patient. I instead called and asked for a refund I was told that the person was not in the office and I would be called back to discuss solutions well guess what 10 days later still no call back. But I did get an email thanking me for my patience. Just what I need thank god for your useless emails. I will never purchase another item from you and I will also advise all of my overlanding friends to buy else where. You may make a great product but I dont know I cant seem to get it. But hell i cant get anything out of why would I expect to get a refund. Yall should sell brush off's and run arounds because yall can sure as hell deliver those.

I would love to review your product. If they were sent to me I would have the opportunity to do so. As of right now I would give zero stars if possible. Or just a refund would be nice.
