Shipping is not available to P.O box addresses. Processing time before order ships is 2 - 4 business days. Please allow approx 7 to 14 business days on average to arrive once shipped.
LTL Curbside delivery only, Delivery drivers are not required to bring the cartons inside your home or garage. They are only required to bring the goods to your doorstep. Use caution when bringing cartons into your home. The boxes are heavy and may require 2 people to carry safely.
We've taken extra steps to protect the packages during shipping. However, even with all these precautions, it is possible that damage may occur during shipping. If there is any damage to the cartons upon receipt, you should advise the delivery driver and note such damage on any paperwork that you may be asked by the driver to sign. Immediately notify us of any damage and take pictures of the damage if possible.
We do also accept returns for a refund within 14 days of arrival. There is a 20% restocking fee on returned items. All items must be returned complete, with all accessories including original box. We do not pay return shipping on refunds, but we do pay return shipping if an item is faulty and we are replacing it.
