IonizeMe Warranty Information
Full 5 Year Warranty
HEALTHandMED.com (HM) will warranty all HEALTHandMED manufactured IonizeMe ionic foot detox foot bath machines against any and all defects in material and workmanship which affect reasonable operation for up to 5 years to the purchaser. This warranty is NOT transferable from the original purchaser to a subsequent buyer. Warranty is established upon purchase and receipt of the item.
Filing a Claim
Warranty claims may be made by contacting Customer Service, either in writing or by phone for a Return Authorization number prior to delivering the defective equipment to:

Shipping is prepaid by the purchaser. No COD shipments will be accepted. HM will repair or replace only those parts determined to be defective.
Please note, that for IonizeMe Foot Bath Machines, the correct troubleshooting form needs to be filled out and and sent to HEALTHandMED.com prior to receiving the Return Authorization Number.
After 30 days from purchase, all items must go through the warranty repair process and no exchanges are offered.
Not Covered Under This Warranty
The following are specifically excluded from coverage under this warranty and will cause said warranty to become null and void:
- Damage or malfunction resulting from accident, negligence, or misuse
- Use of replacement parts other than parts authorized by HM for use in HM IonizeMe branded ionic foot detox equipment (where self-repair may be applicable).
- Any unauthorized repair or any alteration, including of a cosmetic nature, performed on the machine by an individual, organization, company or entity other than HM
5 Year Warranty does not apply to any accessory items.
