Digital Gift Card Terms

Limit of one digital gift card can be used on each order and cannot be used in conjunction with a discount code. Unused gift card balances expire 12 months from the date the digital gift card was issued. Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout. Taxes and shipping are not charged for purchasing digital gift cards, but may be charged on purchases of other items. Balance cannot be reloaded once used.

Refunds and Returns. Digital gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable for cash except in states where required by law. Digital gift cards are not covered under the 14-Day Guarantee.

Compliance With Laws. By purchasing HEALTHandMED Gift Cards, you are certifying and representing to HEALTHandMED.com that the activities in connection with which the HEALTHandMED Gift Cards will be used will comply with these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws, rules and regulations, and that the HEALTHandMED Gift Cards will not be used in any manner that is misleading, deceptive, unfair or otherwise harmful to consumers or HEALTHandMED.com. In addition, you agree to defend and indemnify HEALTHandMED.com and its subsidiaries and affiliates from and against any claims, expenses or liabilities made against or incurred by any of them in connection with your use of the HEALTHandMED Gift Cards or violation of any of these Terms and Conditions.

Lost or Stolen Gift Card. Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced. HEALTHandMED.com shall have no liability to you for (1) lost or stolen HEALTHandMED Gift Cards or (2) use of any HEALTHandMED Gift Cards by third parties through your HEALTHandMED.com account. You are solely responsible for keeping the password for your HEALTHandMED.com account safe and for any activity conducted under your account.
