Using the Vibration Machine

Stand on the Machine and test your flexibility by standing on the machine with your arms out to the side. Turn from your hips as far as you can to the right or left, pointing at an object that you see once you rotate to the farthest point you can. Use three pre-set programs in your vibration machine for five minutes each and then repeat your hip turns and pointing. Most people should be able to twist their hips farther and point at an object further back than before, but keep in mind that it may take a few weeks for you to notice a significant difference, depending on the condition of your body.
